The Training & Placement suite covers the whole loop, from the first company that shows interest to the offer a student accepts.

• Company directory. Every recruiter, contact and conversation has a home.
• Drives with rounds. Each drive is published only to students who qualify, so nobody sees a drive they can’t apply for.
• Eligibility engine. Minimum CGPA or percentage, a backlog limit, branch and graduation year are checked against your verified candidate pool.
• Pipeline and offers. Move applicants through shortlisted, interviewed and selected; every offer is recorded with its own serial number.
• Reports. Placement rate, number of offers, highest and average package, by branch and by company, with exports ready for accreditation.

Students keep their details and résumé on their own Placements tab, but eligibility figures and verification stay with the placement cell, so nobody can raise their own CGPA.

Getting Started walks your admin through it in order: your words (Programme, Semester, Course, Faculty, Guardian), the academic session, roles, the programme tree and your people, with an Excel import that places every student and links guardians in one upload. The app stays locked until the essentials are done.

Several colleges or campuses can sit under one institution group. Anyone who belongs to more than one signs in once and switches between them from the sidebar.

Secure, and easy to ask
